The KMT buys votes. No one is surprised. The KMT hires Americans and other English speaking teachers to rally for them. I am sort of surprised, but not really once you think about it. Check out the evidence and picture below. So, anyone care to point out the unethical action of vote buying. Maybe we can call "Julie" or email her.
