Staying over my parents’ place and Commuting from Queens,

I have not commuted from Queens to Manhattan for about 8 years now. The 7 train are new looking relative to the old red broken down trains.

Not much has changed over the years the express to Manhattan is pretty fast door to door is 35 mins. I am shocked because, I live 3 blocks away from work and door to door is 15 mins.

So here is the million dollar question, where is the bottleneck? Any thoughts?
