One note I forgot to mention: my over whelming happiness is not for the joy of its monetary value, but personal victory over my ex-boss. On my second year with the bank, I was offered a good amt of worth less stock options instead of cash as the total comp that year. My boss was giggling (being a sarcastic F**K) and told me that is all he has for that year. Look who is laughing now!!
